Hi, I'm Ellen.

Spreading Love!

Ellen Bird

MSW, RCSW

Thanks for stopping by! I’m Ellen (she/her) - a sister, daughter, partner, friend, soon-to-be mom, and mental health advocate.

I share this with you as I believe my personal being impacts so much of my professional being as a Registered Clinical Social Worker. I strive to create a space for clients that feels human and kind, and acknowledge the courage that comes along with accessing mental health support.

I am experienced in working with children, youth, and families who are impacted by grief, loss, anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions, low self-esteem, and identity struggles related to sexuality, culture, or disability.

When I’m not at work, I’m practicing my own self-care by spending time with people who support me, being outside with my dog, and dreaming of future travels. I am conversationally fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and am passionate about accessible, person-centered mental health care for all.

*Please note- I am not accepting new clients at this time.

Emma Pilkington

MSW, RSW

My name is Emma (she/her) and I support youth, young adults, and families who are navigating big emotions, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem challenges, attachment concerns, eating disorders, and experiences of self-harm. I also enjoy working alongside families to strengthen connection, communication, and understanding.

I draw from approaches such as DBT, CBT, ACT, somatic work, and attachment-based therapy to gently support clients in making sense of their inner world, building tools for navigating big emotions, and reconnecting with themselves.

At the heart of my work is the belief that people heal in spaces where they feel safe, seen, and cared for. I strive to create that kind of space... one where you can show up just as you are and feel supported as you move toward greater ease, confidence, and connection.

Outside of work, I love to play sports, travel and spend time with friends and family. I would be honoured to support you and/or your family!

* I am accepting new clients and offer after school & weekend availability.
